Remote Temperature Monitor

Insite i2  and Vigil remote can deliver remote temperature monitoring, humidity alerts and other alarms for server rooms, data centres, cool rooms , freezers and other temperature and environment sensitive environments, direct to your mobile phone

Insite and Vigil remote have a built-in temperature sensor that will generate alerts when the ambient temperature goes outside your configured high and low set points.

Cool rooms, Freezers and other temperature sensitive environments a short distance away from your Insite base unit can be monitored using a Temperature Probe WiPAN (TWiPAN). Install the probe at the end of the cable in your cool room or freezer, set the high and low temperature set points using the built-in display and keypad on the TWiPAN, configure it to communicate wirelessly with your Insite, and as soon as the temperature goes outside your programmed range Insite will send you an SMS alert.

TEMPERATURE MONITORING

The Insite wireless base unit has a built-in temperature sensor with user-set upper and lower limit settings. These can be set to report high, low and in-band temperature conditions. Use this to remotely monitor the your server room temperature, computer room temperature, data centre temperature, in fact the ambient temperature in any temperature sensitive environment like your warehouse, holiday home in the snow country,  or any other location where excessive heat or cold can cause problems.

Insite i2 not only provides room temperature monitoring, it also stores the maximum and minimum recorded temperature over a recording period that you can set.

Also built into the Insite is the ability to warn you when the power fails or resumes. You can even set a delay of 1, 2 or 3 minutes so it won’t warn you every time there is a minor power fluctuation.

And you can connect up to 8 additional sensors to the switched input to alert you to any other problems that may develop.

Insite i2 can deliver timed reports automatically or when polled, giving status of all switches, telemetry values, output states, temperature and GPS position reports.
